Not that I ever spammed in my life or have any intention of doing so, but I wonder what the fuck this "FCC" is???
The "FCC" has nothing to do with the "worldwide net" and can issue whatever bullshit they like, but I doubt their "rules" will be heeded by anyone outside the US.
Some people need a "real job" - any FCC members welcome as long as they can make galleries quick....
