This is the website that handles the draft, they have a full pdf that says in spring of 2005 to make EVERYONE (male, female, illegals, sick or not, etc) to register for the draft. 18 1/2 to 26. They are talking about raising this to 32, even as high as 36 if needed.

Single child, college, nothing will keep you out. If you only have one leg you can work pushing paper for the GOV.
