I have my own neighborhood ice cream man and he even makes two trips a day through our neighborhood.
Simply tell your kids "no". If the guy stops selling product, he won't come around. Or w r i t e him a check and in the memo section wr it e: Thanks for the Handjob In The Men's Room...your kid will get ice cream and the ice cream man probably won't bother cashing the check ;-)
