Add a "style" tag to your image, something like this:
s.tyle="BORDER-RIGHT: #3399FF 2px dotted; BORDER-TOP: #3399FF 2px dotted; BORDER-LEFT: #3399FF 2px dotted; BORDER-BOTTOM: #3399FF 2px dotted"
Obviously...removing the . that I had to put in st.yle for it to show up.
