I started by not drinking Soda's,Coffee, and beer. I switched to 100% water and Once in awhile I will have OJ and Milk.
I stoped eating Fast foods. Switched to salads. As well as other nasty crap.
What else should I try... My Blood pressure was 170/93 which was VERY high..

do not eat breakfast, replace it with a soy beverage
at lunch take what you usually eat, prepare it have it out and ready..
and as you drool in hunger prepare your mind by taking away 1/2 of it and putting it away
do the same for dinner
do not eat bread and other high cholesterol shit
jog 4 miles/day
in 2 months of this' you'll be ripped like a cauliflower
