Yea - well...I'd like to sort this out but I'm afraid it won't happen. Dave has my email addy and he knows how to reach me if he has anything intelligent to say to me. Thus far...he's just proved to everyone that he sleeps with spammers and welcomes them into his program with open arms. He has a few supporters here - mostly people who do the same thing he does.
