The one where the dog is kept indoors and sleeps on the bed with the owners, the one where they take the rottie with them on vacations, to outings, the one where the rottie is clearly a part of their family?????

Hey-why don't you do us all a favor and contact Animal Control about your unfit neighbors? Why don't you get the neighborhood involved and contact animal rescue groups to put pressure on these morons??
