Coolio, yeah I'm doing that now, but it's Curves, for Women, I love that fuckin gym, I work out at 7:00 am each morning and eat good throughout the day, but the running will help. I ran for 8 years straight in the Nav, 3-5 miles, 3 x per week, need to go ahead and do it again, my knees aren't blown, thank god. Thanks Firehorse.
