I think it's getting to the point where something like this on general population would be a good idea.. but the fact of the matter is it will never fly..
It would come down to being a violation of peoples rights to enforce something like this.
But then again it's attempted manslaughter hypothetically to go around fucking people when you have HIV without protecting yourself or others..
In the club you could say to a girl or guy "show me your hiv card!" would save alot of trouble...
I would go monthly for a test if I was still in the dating scene and had not been married for almost 4 years...
I used to get tests every 6 months when I was still on the market..
