Also going by the same logic, you would have to assume that every black man who has a large cock either has the disease or carries the gene for the trait. Not all black people have sickle cell disease or the trait...only about 1/12 black people (not just men) carry the sickle cell trait (but not necessarly the disease).
Plus, what does the shape of the red blood cells have to do with fetal development of sexual organs? Very little.
Sorry, to get all scientific on you...but it just doesn't add up.
IMHO, the myth has less to do with actual biology and more to do with sociology and racial steroetypes.
