Well first off I went to click the image and it isn't linked up. I'd suggest making your front image be COMPLETELY clickable and link through to either your join page (if you're confident that they will want to purchase straight away) or to your tour page so they can get a better feel for what they're going to buy before purchasing.

I would also recommend you feature the tour more prominently on the front page.. "HARDCORE BDSM footage, click here for a free tour"

Your tour pages are good, but they are not interconnected. I clicked tour and was taken to a page, then on that page I also clicked tour and was taken to a different page. This means you have more than one tour page to your tour, yet you're not displaying that information.. perhaps insert some 'More>>>" or 'Continue with Tour>>>" buttons on those pages and then a call to action with a larger 'sign up now'.

The surfer needs to be directed to what to do. You can't just expect them to arrive at your site and do things you want them to. They need prompts to go in the direction you want (to your join page). Remember where the surfer is at...

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME????

You must give them a reason to buy, so show them your content (which looks like it's good), and then call them to do something. Force the issue.

Anyway, you wanted critical advice, that's what I've got.. soft sell can work on some things, but this is also a BDSM site, and when you're being BDSM you may as well take a dominant selling standpoint for your site. Likelihood is you'll get some takers when you tell them what they need to do.

Good luck.. BDSM rocks!!
