Charge back story

Most of us have chargeback experience on the reseller end of things, this is my first on the purchasing end

My kid's computer had a virus, which Norton AV did not completely erase, so I hunted around a little and found a recommended bit of AV software specific to the virus with a free trial version, limited in features

I tried it, it seemed to work, so I ordered the full version $29.95 - the unlock code which was promised was never delivered, but the credit card was charged

The trial software would not erase the virus, so I ended up wiping formatting and reinstalling everything

Phoned the cc processing company ShareIt.Com, who would not refund the amount (the software developer is from India) (maybe they wrote the virus too )
The best that they promised was that they would "remind" the company to send the activation email

Anyway to make a long story short, I called and wrote Visa, in return they repilied that they would not charge back the $29.95 (I never charged anything back before either)

What a joke, the $29.95 is peanuts compared to what I spend a month on Visa, but the principal is the fact that the company did not deliver the product specified

so don't order anything from Shareit.Com, it's a fraud company, and I will be looking for another credit card, maybe one of those chargeback ones
