You are talking like a typical victim of hysteria. You can't catch HIV when you kissing an infected person. Actually it's not so easy to catch HIV at all. Hepatitis B considered 1000 times more infectious but it's very hard to catch from kissing such a virus. You should worry much more about hospitals, your visits to dentist etc.
