I think he was talking about Yugoslavia, which kind of gives you a handle on his knowledge of world affairs.
Saddam killed more Muslims than any other Muslim leader and a lot more than Christians or Jews he was always ranting against. Yet he was loved and reveared by Muslims. Now he has been overthrown and the genocide and oppression has finished the Muslims hate the liberators
