Brad the idea is one that is discussed often and seriously. Keep in mind with media giants such as Viacom which is the parent company of both Infinity and E! Entertainment, they have very lengthy contracts with regard to intellectual prpoerty and content.
I think you are among the majority who feel a move such as this would be a lucrative opportunity waiting to open up. The response from both fans and media alike have been staggering. Every step that is made right now is critical. Yu can see the layout is a similar format as
www.theonion.com and
www.thedrudgereport.com. The site will serve first and foremost as a news portal that will offer all connection speeds to get the latest on what is happening with Howard.
It is the intent that over time, the site will go through very careful planning to ensure each addition is a welcome well functioning compliment to the first "REAL" effort Howard has made to conquer the web.
Howard has tackled Radio, Print, Television, and film. I think it is clear he has now decided to carryout the rest of his career with the last frontier under his belt.
Here is an article that was published in the New York post.

The site went from a 50,000 ranking to a 6000 in less than 12 days. This has been regarded by many in the internet community as nothing short of a phenomenon.
I could not be more excited about the possibilities
Team DreamTank has stepped up to the plate and have done an Excellent job Mark, Tony, John, Gavin, Yvonne, Kevin, Lauren, and the rest of the team....
I like to believe I had something to do with it too
