And bidding $2.25 per click? Damn! I have NEVER placed a bid over 7 cents and I pull in 300+ clicks a day. I don't see how it's possible to pay so much for a click.

running a mainstream campaign currently, over 500 keywords, 5.6% CRT, all $.05-$.08 per. Target the damn hell out of them. Better to have 10 fitting you exactly then 1000 fitting you "sorta"
and wtf is a $500 adwords setup fee?!?
