I started an adword campaign and set my bid at $2.25 and after 30 minutes was the third one down with a CTP of 1.7% on 11,000 impressions. I also managed to get it on top of the natural search results in the sponsored link area.
Make sure your keywords and format are optimized. The title is VERY IMPORTANT!
