Smart, not hard.
Even these days it's still very possible to find good domains.
Invested 4k in domains three months ago (most were free names, unregistered.. couple from resellers), today they make 2.5k/month.
This is going to last for a long time too and some really good gems registered that in the after-market they can likely to bring a six figure return as well.
so overall, I put few days working to find them, a little money to invest.. and created a new cash cow.
