I guess it all depends on the type of traffic and how the sponsor counts clicks. First page uniques at 1:400 is excellent. If you're doing 1:400 off mgp traffic, first page uniques, then you are truly a god. But mgp traffic rarley converts under 1:600 consistantly.
I also find that people with excellet traffic dont have too much of it. I seen people do 1:30 and send maybe 3 sales a day and people do 1:1500 and send 15.
I dont mean any disrespect here and I'm not doubting you, but i would really have to see it to believe it that you are converting 1:400 with mass amounts of traffic(over 10k) on a steady and consistant basis via a first page unique count.
