You have to realize its a lot easier to quarantine something like this in our industry than it is in the real world or general public..
There is a paper trail that is easy to follow, and the public health officials couldnt have it any easier than this..
This is an ideal situation for them when it comes to quarantine and genreation tracking..
He's not being generous.. He's being truthful.
