Agreed, but how does the average webmaster go about confirming that someone isn't keeping their people on top of testing?
Like anything else in this industry, greed will usually always win out over common sense. Just look at how many have chosen to go the way of spamming, or running malicious dialers, or outright copyright theft, all in order to make the almighty dollar.
I can envision the porn producer who has his one and only stunt cock show up for that day and doesn't have current AIM in order... but rather than send home the 4 models and the 3 support staff and lose $5k he takes a chance and shoots anyway.
I would not be at all surprised if production became highly regulated in some way by the government, because obviously there are producers out there (and models, actors etc) that can't seem to regulate themselves and their businesses in this area.
