Anyone ever read into the Strecker Memorandum?
About how AIDS is manmade, etc...
Considering the statistics above, AIDS seems to be more partial to blacks (yeah, I know anyone can get it)... but it makes you think a little. Even here in the US blacks are hit quite hard.
Of course you can look into this case and figure that blacks in 3rd world countries are hit the hardest because of the way they live.
But why are blacks hit the hardest out here in the west?
