People aren't going to stop fantasizing about bareback sex no matter how many XXX actors come down with HIV. Porn producers will not stop making bareback porn, so the only line of defense IS rigid testing. Everyone involved in production needs to take a long hard look at just how much attention is paid to testing, proof of testing, zero tolerance for those with non-current AIM docs, etc.
If we aren't willing to look after ourselves, I'm sure the government will be all too happy to step in and regulate the industry up the fucking ying-yang.
