One day the government is going to step in and really regulate the fuck out of porn production companies. You'll have to register with them, report to them before any shoots, provide names and test results/doc<i></i>umentation of all participants <i>BEFORE</i> you can even think of picking up a camera. I can see it all now.
People actively working in production need to look out for each other at all times. That includes making sure tests are done, done regularly, and that every last detail is taken care of in that regard every time, period. No exceptions. The demand for bareback porn will always be there, people will always be shooting it, so the only line of defense IS the tests.
