Hey you know I don't feel real sorry for most of the people who get HIV or AIDS seeing as how most of them bring it on themselves by taking that risk. I wouldn't wish it on them but there are people who get AIDS that didn't take that same irresponsible risk.
And as far as I know this girl is an adult, I don't see you crying for guys who might have no work or money and want to go home to their families. Stop saving hoes and start worrying about people.
