"The family said Avvinti had a previous heart condition, which they declined to specify. They said he was given a clean bill of health in December."
How do you have a heart condition and get a clean bill of health?
To sum up... the guy had trouble controlling his anger and a heart condition but his brother the psychic says everything would have been fine if the ambulance had shown up sooner.
