I don't see how Canada can be a major exporter. Because it is always cheaper just take a basement, setup a few 1000W high pressure sodium lamps and either grow hydroponically or organically. But IN DOORS never the less. Smuggling and shipping raises the price. There's no reason to get it from Canada and there's no reason that growing it in Canada would raise it's potency either.
