Ok, so I'm not misunderstood here, I know that there will always be new people coming into this industry. The same is true for any industry. There are several newbies I'm working with currently because they have actively sought me out and asked for the help. I'm ok with that. It's the open invitation that I think is a bad idea. That's newbie farming and it only accelerates the inflation.

If we're all sharing the same pie the goal is that we all have our fill. We can not control the size of the pie but we can control who gets to sit at the table. The pie is stagnant because of a very real, very global, economic slowdown. There is nothing wrong with a few newbies using their option to RSVP and not sit at that table.

If you're gonna help then at the very least be honest. If some new kid doesn't have what it takes then have the balls to tell him so. I've meet many folks that just didn't have the time nor the capacity for understanding that it takes to make it so I tell them honestly that they need to find something else to do. If the rest of you guys want to sheperd the herd then all I ask is that you're honest with these folks.
