If you want to pay anonymously for a car in cash, get your momma or sister to do it with a $9k down payment and then just set up an account in their name and have the payments auto withdraw from the account. That's if you trust em, if you don't, just buy a car out of the newspaper, half of those come from the chopshop anyways, just make sure they put it's worth less than 10k on the title and your golden.
