I don't know why this is a problem for you to provide your name and address? This is a free demo which is intended for webmasters only. If we'd just ask for your name, then there would be 100's of end users looking for free porn.

Yes, we have an affiliate program as well. Somewhere I've heard that it is not prohibited to operate more than one website
