I know it has nothing to do with the topic at hand, but I really hope no one that has HIV does that; sleep with someone and tell them afterwards they have the virus, or worse yet, not tell them at all. Wouldn't that be the same as murder?

I know of a few cases like that here in Newfoundland a few years back Bay Roberts had the highest HIV rate in Canada, but a few women sued a man for knowly spreading the HIV virus but he died in jail before the women could have the case heard
