I wonder if this happens a lot? If someone did this to me, had sex with me and told me afterwards that they had HIV I would want to sue them for attempted murder (I have no idea if that would have any legal grounds) but that would seem like an incredible fucked up thing to do.
I know it has nothing to do with the topic at hand, but I really hope no one that has HIV does that; sleep with someone and tell them afterwards they have the virus, or worse yet, not tell them at all. Wouldn't that be the same as murder?
