My vision of Van Nuys is Van Nuys Blvd up near that Christian Book store by all the pawn shops and just hundreds and hundreds of mexicans. Anywhere between Riverside Dr and what Victory or Saticoy?
Streets filled with baby strollers and hope you speak a little Spanglish ;)
like all the cities here, there are good and bad spots, I have not been anywhere in Van Nuys except that really bad spot to go to the Army Surplus ;)
