Which one is easier to manage?

Im looking at doin a side project to get my feet wet. I have domains and hosting taken care of.

I have always thought tpg's were the way to go.

What's are the pro's and cons fo each?

Should I do both?

I have always been on the content end of things and Im looking at expanding my knowdelge base.

Help a brutha out.
