I don't know what the agreement is between performer and AIM...haven't ever read the forms they sign...but whoever released this information just might be in trouble in regards to civil litigation unless they waived those rights.

I already stipulated to not knowing what the agreement between aim and the performer was...however there is a difference between notifying producers and posting a news article on the net.
And once again...I did not blame Joe...reread my quote...I said "whoever" released this information...thanks for playing anyways.
