I don't know what the agreement is between performer and AIM...haven't ever read the forms they sign...but whoever released this information just might be in trouble in regards to civil litigation unless they waived those rights.

sorry to burst your bubble, but when you test at aim one of the things you sign states that performers and producers may be notified in the event that a disease is detected.
if avn posted it first they are to blame, not the person that copied it and posted it here
