Instead of bugging MaxCash why don't you send a report to register.com and get that guy's domain yanked for having false contact info. (no phone number)

Contacting maxcash was IMO sufficient.
He can have such domains, pointing them to their sites may just be morally wrong.
But it is up to them to eventually ban him and they already had taken some action.
