My name is Bob, and I am 41 years old, former military. I was raised by blue collar italian immigrants in Boston. I raised two boys by myself, after my wife of two years left when my youngest child was 9 months old. I spent 6 years as the performing arts director at a private school in New England and I play seven musical instruments.
I was trained in computer sciences at the age of 19 while in the military. After leaving the teaching profession, I spent a year on the Micrsoft lecture circuit appearing many times as a keynote speaker for the Microsoft Nationwide Devcast. I have been published in Visual Basic programmer's journal, byte, info-world and avatar to name a few. I currently am the number two man in a globally based IT department that holds offices in Boston, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Madrid, Austrlia, Paris and Geneva to name a few.
I currently live with my wife, who is my best friend, my confidant, my lover and my lifemate. She is the cornerstone of my existence, and healed parts of me that I long forgot were even broken.
I run two free sites, two pay sites, an affiliate program and have the intent to finish up my own TGP desktop submission tool as well as one other paysite in the near future. It is my hope that I will be able to retire from corporate america within the next six months.
I ask for nothing from the world, for it owes me nothing. I take what I earn, and I hold it dear to me. I am simple, and complex, distant, and yet open to those who have shown a genuine interest in my life and my dreams. I seek my own success, yet feel I do not have to step on the back of anyone else in order to accomplish it.
