Reporting them is not being a prick. If you don't, they will keep there high rating and keep fucking people over.
I called on a Ford dealer once because they kept jacking me around. Got everything taken care of very quickly after that call.
The dealer expects you not to call...because most just threaten they will but never do. The only way as a consumer you can help yourself and help others is by turning pricks like this in to the manufacturers and/or Better Business Bureau.
Just tell Chrysler exactly what happened...don't lie or elaborate. Tell them you were a little upset and might have come across that way...they won't care if you are honest about it up front.
Fuck asshole dealers like this. They get huge discounts by having those 5 star ratings. Just a few complaints kills them, as there discounts get less and harder to get the high end, exclusive models.
