Big problem is a thread like this could really hurt her chances of getting hired by a new company.

She would be better off hiring an attorney...heck in california you can get the state to fight for you.

Taking it to the boards could really backfire on her, if she plans on continuing.

Also, isnt there the law that you can continue your health insurance even after termination?

The more I think about it, the more this thread seems quite a bit odd.
