You think it would be better to have someone working for you when that someone is terribly ill?
How would you feel if you had an employee in her state dedicated to keeping things under control with the webmasters?
I personally wouldnt have the heart and I would not want to be known to drive my employee's that hard when there health and wel being are at stake.
