I'm thinking the same thing. Any halfway decent model is going to ask $500 or $600 for her time/performance alone. Guys may be cheaper if you want them in the picture too, but may still cost another $100 or so (the girl may want more too but the cool chicks will ask for less ). This still doesn't include any travel expenses, time for the the videographers/editors or any other hidden costs.

You may be lucky and find people willing to work for cheap or even free close by, but I would think these finds are going to be somewhat rare and nobody can give their time for free on a sustained basis.

So, yes, exclusive rights even for $600 is going to be hard to come by unless the quality is a hard sell elsewhere.
