If you want them to enforce this, they would be losing money, since they would have to reject TGP traffic and start accepting TGP2 traffic only.
This being said, sponsors will support the idea of TGP2 of course, but that's because they are going to get more traffic out of it anyway... and more traffic to them means more sales, and of course, sponsors have their own exits, etc...
that's why I said that the only way I see that the sponsor support is going to be real and not just a pat in the back for sending them better traffic, is by increasing their payouts for this kind of traffic, the problem is that this idea is a little bit hard to police, since anyone could send them any traffic and say it's TGP2.
I do think TGP2 is a good idea, I know I have seen this done in the past without success, but that's because there was no support.
There is already a community of CJ2 sites trading amongst them which grows larger and larger, and they do get traffic, although I don't think one of them could ever catch the Hun or worldsex. (but I might be wrong, of course).
To envision traffic in a TGP2, you have to trade better, and rely less on bookmarks, and then send to the galleries a fair amount of traffic.
