hmm, about the only way to really implement this feature with a sponsor, would be increased payouts... there is always the person that wants either more traffic or more webmasters sending them more traffic, I'm pro-TGP2 I'll start submitting as soon as it gets implemented and I can get a list of sites and rules, but there is always the person looking for more bookmarks, etc, besides, from a sponsor point of view, it's hard to police this, you do not only have to police spamming and CP, you will have to police for a standard set of rules...
