Normally I would bag on you for the hotmail addy as well....BUT......Since I know who you are and that your company is VERY well established....I will refrain from busting your chops about it.
For those who are qualified...I know these people personally and you may want to seriously consider applying for this position. They are good people and a kick ass company.
