So Bush begged France and probably offered them some kind of a good financial or oily deal and they accepted. Of course France will say that they don't support the invasion and that they're going in for the good of the Iraqi people and to help in the reconstruction and stuff. But we know better, they all look after there own interests.
In my book, whoever helps in the invasion of another country is just as guilty.
The good thing though is that that'll show all those French-haters or American-haters that you can't hate a whole country or race for the actions of a few. My country this, my country that. Who cares? What matters are the actions and wether you agree or disagree with them. This will unite the anti-war camps of both countries and the pro-war ones.
Overall, after many screwups Bush did a good job by getting France's support even though I disagree with the war. That's my unbiased opinion
