- Offer free submissions.
- Send a LOT of traffic.
- Accept gallery submissions without a partner account. (Or it is very easy to get a partner account, and all it takes is a few samples of quality galleries)
- List good galleries every time, and not make you feel lucky if you get 1 gallery listed after you've submitted 10.

I know these all these conditions are rarely found in a TGP today, but I would be very thankful to whoever gives me a few TGP urls that meet this criteria.
