Well not for Bush, I thought he looked bad from the beginning. So I guess it would have been Gore and this time Kerry.
What I see of Kerry I like, what I saw of Gore I did not. Was thinking that in a country as powerful and big as America this is the best you have?
And let's face it before 9/11 Bush was a nothing, he used it to his benefit.
