1. Add more galleries.
2. Put blind links to trades in the gallery listings.
3. Get a traffic trading script.
4. It will survive if your content to blind link ratio is around 3:1.

Let me know when you think you're ready and I'll check it out, (I hate wasting traffic on sites with jacked layouts, but I'm always ready to help if you've got a tight site design.) and give you a kick in the ass with some traffic to get you started.
