Unless I'm mistaken, the sell of *any* type of seed that contains or produces THC, is illegal everywhere in the United States. You can't legally get them into the country, and customs will seize them if they find them. I don't think they run out and arrest you, but they may send you a letter informing you that they took it.

If you live in a decriminalized area that's probably not a biggie, but if you live somewhere with stiff penalties, I definitely wouldn't want to make it onto a "shit" list for something like that. They might also let the seeds go on through and then wait until you've planted it to come after you.

Bottom line - if you live somewhere with stiff local laws, like I do, you'd be better off to find another solution.
